Oakland A’s Las Vegas Ballpark May Be Pushed Back To 2029 Due To Bally’s-Related Design ChangesThe latest news regarding the Oakland A’s quest to build a new ballpark in Las Vegas and at the Tropicana Hotel site, is that the project may be delayed in opening by a year, to 2029. Why? As Zennie62Media understands it, the reason is tied to the current design changes being made to the ballpark. Those design changee have nothing to do with a retractable roof, and everything to do with the work to integrate Bally’s proposed new hotel to replace the Tropicana into the design. So, the reason does not point to a disaster, but does address the organization’s attempt to make its facility a better investment from a private placement perspective.Having two designs – one for the ballpark and one for the hotel – on the same basic property did not make sense in terms of overall revenue objectives. Flow of the visitor, and thus spending, can be harmed if the hotel is not directly connected to the ballpark. Not saying that was a certain problem, but having two architectural cooks in the same kitchen would cause a problem from the view of crowd flow. This marks an effort to get it right.Once the design is revealed, expect to see a new hotel as part of it in some way. It may be fully integrated with the ballpark. But it will be connected in a way that makes sense.Where Will The A’s Play? The Oakland A’s would like to stay and play at the Coliseum, but the current political situation and behavior of the Mayor of Oakland, makes that desire a fantasy. What Mayor Thao needs to do is stop playing games with the organization if she wants the team to remain. Otherwise, they will leave early and not return.Stay tuned.

Las Vegas news website CESLasVegasNews.com, Zennie62 YouTube, and Zennie62Media: this CESLasVegasNews.com video-blog post demonstrates the full and live operation of the latest updated version of an experimental Zennie62Media , Inc. mobile media video-blogging system network that was launched June 2018.

This is a major part of Zennie62Media , Inc.’s new and innovative approach to the production of news media. This is what we call “The Third Wave of Media”.

The uploaded video is either from a YouTuber vlogger with the Zennie62 on YouTube Partner Channel, or from a YouTube Channel that has uploaded a video with a keyword that triggers our predetermined keyword, or from the case of a “liked” YouTube video and so then it is posted to CES Las Vegas News. In either case, the video is uploaded to and formatted automatically at the CES Las Vegas News site and Zennie62Media -created and owned social media pages.

The overall objective is smartphone-enabled, real-time, on the scene reporting of news, interviews, observations, and happenings anywhere in the World and within seconds and not hours. Now, news is reported with a smartphone: no heavy and expensive cameras or even a laptop are necessary, thus less chance for Zennie62Blog, Zennie62 YouTube vloggers to be robbed.

The secondary objective is faster, and very inexpensive media content news production and distribution. We have found there is a disconnect between post length and time to product and revenue generated. With this, the problem is far less, though by no means solved. Zennie62Media is constantly working to improve the system network coding and seeks interested content and media technology investors and partners.
