Brown Act that concerns closed session meetings.The question is, why: why won’t Barbara Parker say why, and why is it that on three occasions in 2023, the Oakland Roots were the focus of closed session meetings, and there was no issue?It’s important to press this, so as to have 100 percent transparency regarding how not just the Oakland Roots matter of securing a place to play in the Oakland Coliseum is handled, but to get a better picture of the real problem with respect to how Oakland works or does not work with respect to business partners.Once again, we have a piecemeal process that is driven by politics, and not professionalism.
