Atlanta (Special to CESLasVegasNews.com) – Going to CES 2024 Las Vegas and wondering what restaurants and eateries you should have on your schedule? You’ve come to the right place. This is Zennie62Media’s 13th straight year as credentialed press, and that’s included some of Las Vegas’ best places to eat, as well as hole-in-the-wall stops that satifiy your appetite. It also includes some of the coolest bars you’ve ever seen in your life. So, here goes, and ranked in order of “must-get-to” importance.

1. Aces Restaurant Las Vegas Convention Center – Folks, you’re gonna walk by this food court a ton during CES 2024 Las Vegas, because it’s located at the entrance to Las Vegas Convention Center South Hall, so might as well familiarize yourself with it now, before it’s too late.

The go-to dish for patrons is the pizza provided by Atomic Pizza. The combination pizza is this author’s favorite as cheese is not the pick. If you’re not into pizza, then walk over to Chomp Chomp Grab & Go and get a salad – that’s the Zennie Abraham staple. Once you get your choice of food item, don’t be shy – find a table to share with someone. Then talk. It’s called networking. You meet the most interesting attendees at Aces Restaurant Las Vegas Convention Center, like Brett Larkin (then of) Playcast at CES 2020:

2. Grand Lux Cafe or Casanova, Restaurant Row, Venetian Hotel – Two of Las Vegas’ best bistro-style restaurants are Grand Lux Cafe and Casanova in the Venetian Hotel’s Restaurant Row – and next to each other. If you’re at the Las Vegas Convention Center, the best way to get there is by one of the special hotel shuttle buses that are designated for The Venetian Hotel. If you’re in Sands Expo, you can walk over to The Venetian and wind up walking through Restaurant Row. The Grand Lux Cafe, in particular, is hard to miss’ both it and Casanova are can’t miss. Casanova for Italian, Grand Lux for French. Enjoy!

3. Alexxa’s Las Vegas (Formerly HEXX Kitchen + Bar) – Zennie62Media hasn’t visited the replacement for perenial favorite HEXX, but from the looks of reports, its a worthy successor. You can have breafast, brunch, lunch, or dinner at this location in Paris Las Vegas Hotel. When it was HEXX, the breakfast was killer good, so it’s a good bet it’s the same as Alexxa’s.

4. Ruth’s Chris Steak House Harrah’s Las Vegas HotelRuth’s Chris Steak House is crowded for CES, so make sure you nail down your reservations ahead of time. The service there is magnificent and you just may score a window table to take in the Las Vegas Strip. Order the Rib Eye, it’s can’t miss.

5. Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar – Another Zennie62Media favorite (should have vlogged it) is Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar right near the entrance to Harrah’s Las Vegas Hotel. Be ready with a big appetite that enjoys flavorful food, because that’s what you’re going to get at the eatery owned by the host of Diners, Drive-In’s, and Dives.

6. Cafe Americano Paris Las Vegas – Simply put the Steak and Eggs Breakfast at Paris Las Vegas Cafe Americano is to die for, for Zennie62Media. It comes with a generous helping of potatoes and the eggs are done as you like. Want to eat breakfast late at night, Cafe Americano is the place. Go there..

7. Overlook Grill, Cosmopolitan Hotel – Truth be told, Zennie62Media CEO Zennie Abraham found love at CES 2014 Las Vegas during The Digital Hollywood Party, and then took her to eat at this incredible place the next day. The memory lasted longer than the relationship. A relaxing, bright, atmostphere is topped only by The Overlook Grill Greek Salad. You must have it.

8. Secret Pizza, Cosmopolitan Hotel – Zennie62Media thanks friend and famed tech blogger Robert Scoble for turning Zennie Abraham on to this late night place to get what has to be one of the best pizzas in the Las Vegas Valley. Secret Pizza is a joint you go to after moving your feet at a night club, and the visit is worth the line one has to endure for a time. Don’t panic.

9. The Buffet at Circus Circus Las Vegas Hotel – OK, here is the place where you leave the page and post a terrible comment, but the fact is, for all of its problems, Circus Circus offers a really good buffet at a reasonable price. And let’s face it, as much as you may want to pretend you’re rich, you’re not. There’s no shame in a smart decision so eat at Circus Circus Buffet and thank us later.

New Restaurant Places To Try For CES 2024 Las Vegas

As is the case with Las Vegas, there are a number of great eateries that are gone. But the new restaurants and cafes and bars are plenty and the rise in the number of them is because of new hotels like Fontainebleau Las Vegas, Resorts World, and Park MGM. But one restaurant that’s number 1 on the Zennie62Media list of places to try in Las Vegas is Peter Luger Steak House at Caesars Palace Las Vegas (check out the ZennieReport post here). A dinner at Peter Luger is one of those “bucket list” to-do things and for good reason: its reputation for making a great steak. If you get there before we do, send a text to the author via the contact page here.

Enjoy CES 2024 Las Vegas

In closing, this space will be updated with relevant reports and news about places to try. Make sure you drink a lot of water and not a lot of stuff that’s bad for you. CES Las Vegas can zap your energy quickly.
